By completing the CHC43121 – Certificate IV in Disability Support through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), you can turn your existing experience into a nationally recognised qualification—without starting from scratch.
This qualification shows your ability to provide person-centred support that helps individuals with disabilities build independence, confidence, and community participation.
It can lead to roles such as Disability Team Leader, Disability Supervisor, Senior Disability Support Worker, Local Area Coordinator, Behaviour Support Officer, and Community Development Officer. Resume or CV, Employment references, Work samples, Photos or videos of work, Position descriptions, Existing certificates or licences
Your documentation is assessed by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to determine competency against qualification standards.
Once competency requirements are met, a nationally recognised qualification may be issued by the partner RTO.
